OnDuhSite is an Australian-based online store offering print-on-demand tradie apparel and accessories.

Most of our products are made to order. This means your item is printed after your order is placed, then packed and shipped by our fulfilment partners.

Order processing and production

Because our products are printed on demand, please allow time for production before your order is shipped.

Estimated production time: 2–7 business days

During busy periods, sales, holidays or supplier delays, production may take longer.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the fulfilment partner used for your order.

Estimated delivery within Australia: 5–12 business days after production

Estimated international delivery, if available: 10–25 business days after production

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery address and available shipping method.

Multiple shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are fulfilled by different print-on-demand suppliers or production locations.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email where tracking is available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Incorrect shipping details

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

OnDuhSite is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help investigate with the fulfilment partner or shipping carrier.

Carrier delays can happen and may be outside our control.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

OnDuhSite is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.

Print-on-demand note

Because our items are made to order, production time is separate from shipping time. Please allow for both production and delivery when estimating when your order will arrive.
